- Master's degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/optional subject OR Master's in English with Hindi as compulsory/optional OR Master's in other subject with Hindi/English at graduation level.
- AND Recognized diploma/certificate in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa OR 2 years experience in translation Hindi-English/English-Hindi in Central/State Govt offices/PSUs.
- Desirable: Diploma in translation, knowledge of Hindi and English typing on computer, basic knowledge of MS Office, minimum 2 years experience in translation work.
