Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications & Essential qualifications:
- Manager: Throughout first class with a Postgraduation / MBA from a reputed institute/university in regular mode.
- Senior Academic Assistant: Post Graduate / MBA from a reputed institute/university in regular mode with a minimum 60% marks.
- Desirable:
- Manager: Preference for Phd. in Management/related disciplines, experience in publishing research paper, and expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methods (STATA/R).
- Senior Academic Assistant: Proficiency in English (spoken/written), working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and prior experience in similar Centres.
- Experience:
- Manager: 05 years relevant experience, minimum 02 years in a managerial capacity.
- Senior Academic Assistant: 02 years relevant experience.
Salary/Stipend
- Manager: A consolidated salary of Rs. 92,000/- per month, plus HRA as per norms.
- Senior Academic Assistant: A fellowship of Rs. 50,000/- consolidated per month, plus HRA as per norms.
