Eligibility Criteria
M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in ECE/EE/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent; 5% marks relaxation for ST/SC/PH candidates; students awaiting results may also apply.
OR B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. in ECE/EE/Electronics/Microelectronics/VLSI Design/Embedded Systems and allied subjects with 65% marks or equivalent.
Valid GATE/NET score is mandatory for candidates applying with B.E./B.Tech/M.Sc. qualification.
Candidates having experience on Verilog/VHDL and EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys etc. will be given preference.
For the SRF position, a minimum of two years of research experience in the VLSI domain is mandatory; the selection committee will decide JRF/SRF level based on performance and skills.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs. 37,000/- per month plus HRA as applicable.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF): Rs. 42,000/- per month plus HRA as applicable.
The post is initially for one year and may be extended up to the duration of the project based on satisfactory performance.
