Eligibility Criteria
Community Coordinator (Healthium Project)
- Degree/Post graduate degree with more than 2 year of experience in conducting the field survey
- Minimum graduation or a relevant degree with at least 2 years of experience in implementing health-related programs at the taluk level.
- Prior work experience in the project region is preferred.
- Fluency in spoken and written Kannada is mandatory; working knowledge of English is desirable.
- Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Madhugiri taluk.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones for data collection and reporting is preferred.
Field Investigators- Quantitative & Qualitative
- Degree/Post graduate degree with more than 2 year of experience in conducting the field survey
- Fluency in written and spoken Kannada and Knowledge of English language.
- Knowledge and experience working in Government health systems.
- Good communication, leadership and facilitation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively in field areas of Roopen Agrahara PHC
- Prior experience of conducting the survey is an added advantage.
- Preferably a local candidate who is well versed with the geographic area
- Well versed with the use of smart phones and gadgets
Salary/Stipend
- The compensation for the above-mentioned position/s will adhere to internal policies and market standards, determined by qualifications, relevant experience, budget availability, internal parity, and interview performance
