Post-wise Essential Qualification
- Assistant Manager (P.V.): B.V.Sc. degree from a recognized university with Computer Office Package knowledge.
- Accountant: M.Com./B.B.M degree from a recognized university, with 1 year B.G.D.M./M.B.A (Materials Management) experience. Computer knowledge required. Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Sector/Dairy/Hotel industry.
- Technical Officer (Q.T.): B.Tech. (Q.T.) / B.E.S.I. (Q.T.) degree from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years of experience in Dairy/Hotel industry required. Computer knowledge required.
- Senior Chemist: B.S.C. (Chemistry/Microbiology) degree from a recognized university. Lab experience in large dairy/food industry. Computer knowledge required. Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Junior Technician (Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration & Air Condition/Civil): Diploma in the respective trade (Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration & Air Condition/Civil) from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years of experience in public/private sector or dairy industry. Computer knowledge required.
- Superintendent (Grade-3): Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Computer knowledge required.
- Welfare Assistant (Grade-3): B.Com. degree with second class from a recognized university. Computer and Tally package knowledge required.
- Accounts Assistant (Grade-3): B.Com. degree from a recognized university. Computer and Tally package knowledge required.
- Market Assistant (Grade-3): B.B.M./B.B.A. degree (second class) from a recognized university. Computer knowledge required.
- Junior Technician – Fitter/Electrical/Boiler: ITI in respective trade from a recognized institution. Apprentice Certificate required. Minimum 2 years of experience in Industry/Public/Dairy sector.
Age Limit & Other Conditions

Kalaburagi Okkoota Selection Methodology
The selection process is as follows:
- Initial Screening: Shortlisting based on submitted applications, qualifications, and experience details online.
- Written Test: A written test of 200 marks will be conducted as per the Karnataka Cooperative Societies Regulation 18(A). Subjects include Kannada Language (50 marks), English Language (25 marks), General Knowledge (25 marks), Cooperative/Cooperative Law & Computer (50 marks), Indian Constitution (25 marks), and topics related to Dairy Cooperative societies and materials (25 marks).
- Interview: Candidates scoring 85% or above in the written test will be shortlisted for interview in a 1:5 ratio. Interview carries 15 marks.
- Final Selection: Merit list prepared based on written test and interview marks combined.
