MAIDS ICMR Project Research Scientist-I Eligibility 2026

Age Limit

Not more than 35 years as on the last date of application. Experience is also reckoned with respect to this date.

Essential Qualification

Bachelor of Design / B. Tech in any discipline from a recognised university or equivalent.

Desirable Experience

1 year of experience in Medical/Dental Product development. This is preferred, not mandatory.

Selection Process

1. The Competent Authority scrutinises the applications and documents against the eligibility criteria.
2. Shortlisted candidates are called for interview. Further evaluation is notified through the institutional website.

The decision of the Competent Authority on selection will be final, and no representations will be entertained.

Service Conditions

• The post is purely on contract basis, and the incumbent has no right to regular appointment.
• The contract is for one year. It may be extended based on performance and extension granted by ICMR.
• The post is with the project at MAIDS, New Delhi.
• No TA/DA or other allowances will be paid for the interview or for joining the post.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process in full or in part, and reject any or all applications without assigning reasons or giving notice.
