Eligibility Criteria for Metro Railway/Kolkata Act Apprentices 2026
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized Board and must possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
2. Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 15 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years (as on cutoff date for receiving application)

- SC/ST: 05 years
- OBC-NCL: 03 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Up to the extent of service rendered in Defence Forces plus 03 years (maximum 06 months service at a stretch)
