NCESS Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Hindi Translator: Master's Degree in Hindi with a recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa. Two years' experience in translation and implementation of official language policy in any Central Government establishment is desirable.
- Project Associate II: CA/CMA (Inter) or M. Com or MBA (Finance) with 2 years' experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably in Govt. organization) OR Post Graduation in any discipline/MBA with 2 years' experience in administrative work (preferably in Govt. organization).
- Project Associate I: Post Graduation in Commerce with 1 year experience in Finance & Accounts (preferably in Govt. organization). Degree/Diploma/Certificate Course in Computer, Basic operational knowledge in Computer is desirable.
- Technical Assistant: Post Graduation in any discipline with 1 year experience in administrative work (preferably in Govt. organization) OR B.Sc from a recognized University/Institute OR Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent OR Three years Diploma in Computer Science.
- Field Assistant (Electrical): 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 2 years' experience in Electrical related works in any State Govt./ PSU/ Central Govt. institutions is desirable.
- Scientific Administrative Assistant: Graduate degree in any discipline. 2 years experience in Govt./ Private Organizations in Administrative work is desirable. Degree/Diploma/Certificate Course in Computer, Basic operational knowledge in Computer is desirable.
- Plumber: ITI (Plumbing). 2 years' experience in Plumbing works is desirable.
- Multi Tasking Staff on contract: Matriculation or equivalent pass.
