- Essential: Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent; OR ME/M.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering or equivalent with 3 years of research, teaching, or design and development experience, with at least one research paper in a Science Citation Indexed (SCI) journal.
