The approximate monthly emoluments including Dearness Allowance (at 60%) will be around Rs. 34,720.

The selection consists of three stages conducted on the same day. Stage 1 (Preliminary Test) is a 60-minute screening exam with 50 MCQs for 150 marks covering Mathematics (20 questions), Science (20 questions), and General Awareness (10 questions), with minimum qualifying marks of 40% for UR and 30% for reserved categories. Stage 2 (Advanced Test) is a 120-minute merit exam with 50 MCQs for 150 marks based on HSC level for Plant Operator or ITI trade syllabus for other trades, with minimum qualifying marks of 30% for UR and 20% for reserved categories. Both tests have 3 marks per correct answer and negative marking of 1 mark per wrong answer. Stage 3 involves Document Verification for shortlisted candidates (not exceeding 3 times the vacancies per trade). The final merit list is prepared based solely on Stage-2 Advanced Test scores.
