Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Engineer (Civil) - Water Resources: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from the Institution recognized by the Odisha Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training.
- Junior Civil Engineer - Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from the Institution recognized by the Odisha Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training.
- Junior Engineer (Civil) - Municipal Administration: Diploma in Civil Engineering from an institution recognized by the Directorate of Technical Education, Odisha and must be a Computer literate.
- Tracer (District offices) - State Cadre: Should possess High School Certificate examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC examination and NTC (Draughtsman Civil) from a recognized institution and Certificate towards Basic Computer Skill from a recognized institution and Certificate towards Auto CAD Course from a recognized institution.
- Tracer (State Cadre Field): Should possess High School Certificate examination or such other qualification as are equivalent to HSC examination and NTC (Draughtsman Civil) from a recognized institution and Certificate towards Basic Computer Skill from a recognized institution and Certificate towards Auto CAD Course from a recognized institution.
- Junior Draughtsman (H&V Cadre): HSC with NTC pass in Draughtsman (Civil) affiliated by NCVT and knowledge in Computer Application & AutoCAD.
- Architectural Assistant: Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from an Institution recognized by the Odisha Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training.
- Cameraman: Candidate must have passed at least Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma/Degree in Cinematography from recognized University and must have skill in Digital camera, lighting, camera set up and AV production.
- Photographer: Candidate must have passed at least Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma in Cinematography from recognized institutions and have skills in Digital photography for still or video editing, use of various related software and storage of digital images.
- Sound Recordist: Candidate must have passed at least Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma/Degree in Sound Recording &TV Engineering/Sound Recording from any recognized institute. University and must have skills in both field and studio recording and video and other digital sound Recording and sound mixing and repairing of audio and equipment and accessories.
- Mechanic: Candidate must have passed at least Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma in Electronics from any institution and have skills in repairing of equipment.
- Video Film Editor: Candidate must have passed at least Higher Secondary (+2) with Diploma/Degree in Film Production from recognized Institute/University with skills in production, Editing, Multimedia and Archival.
- Assistant Operator: Candidate must have passed Diploma in Electronics from any recognized institute with knowledge in operation and maintenance of audio visual equipment.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Age Relaxation: Usual age relaxation for SC/ST, SEBC, Women, PwD & Ex-Servicemen as per prevailing rules.
