- Professor of Education: Postgraduate Degree with minimum 55% marks in the relevant discipline, Post Graduate degree in Education (M.Ed. or M.A. Education) with minimum 55% marks, Ph.D. degree in Education or relevant discipline, and other qualifications/experience as per UGC or State Government norms.
- Associate Professor of Education: Postgraduate Degree with minimum 55% marks in the relevant discipline, Post Graduation degree in Education (M.Ed. or M.A. Education) with minimum 55% marks, Ph.D. degree in Education or relevant discipline, and other qualifications/experience as per UGC or State Government norms.
- Assistant Professor of Education (Perspectives in Education or Foundation Courses): Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with minimum 55% marks and M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks, OR Postgraduate (M.A) degree in Education with minimum 55% marks and B.Ed./B.El.Ed degree with minimum 55% marks. National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or similar test (SLET/SET) is required, unless possessing a Ph.D. degree in Education as per UGC regulations.
- Assistant Professor of Education (Curriculum and Pedagogic Courses): Postgraduate degree in Sciences/Mathematics/Social Science/Languages with minimum 55% marks and M.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks. National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by UGC or similar test (SLET/SET) is required, unless possessing a Ph.D. degree in Education as per UGC regulations.
