- Individual Consultant: Tunnel Design Engineer: Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Preference: Postgraduate in Structural Engineering.
- Individual Consultant: Bridge / Structural Engineer: Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Preference: Post Graduate Degree in Structural Engineering.
- Individual Consultant: Tunnel Safety Expert: Postgraduate in Civil / Mining Engineering from a recognized university. Preference: Professional Certification in safety / health / shot firer / explosives.
- Individual Consultant: Senior Geotechnical Expert: Graduate in Civil Engineering / Master’s in Geology or equivalent from a recognized University. Preference: Postgraduate in Rock Mechanics / Foundation Engineering / Tunnel Engineering.
- Individual Consultant: Senior Geologist: Masters in Geology / Applied Geology from recognized university.
- Individual Consultant: Senior Contract Expert: Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. Preference: Degree in Law/PG in management/certificate course in management/ construction management/contract management.
