Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the date of notification (29/04/2026). Candidates with work experience in Rural Banking / Commercial Banking / Financial Institutions / NBFCs-MFIs are preferred. Stree Nidhi Consultant Recruitment 2026 - Selection Process
The selection process for Stree Nidhi Consultant Recruitment 2026 consists of shortlisting followed by a Personal Interview. Only candidates shortlisted at the discretion of Stree Nidhi will be called for a personal interview in the ratio not exceeding 1:5, depending on the availability of a suitable number of candidates. The decision of Stree Nidhi regarding shortlisting and selection shall be final.
Service conditions of selected candidates will be governed by the HR policy of Stree Nidhi and the contract agreement. There will be a regular performance review and Stree Nidhi reserves the discretion to terminate the contract if performance is not found satisfactory.
