Director Finance - From HPUs
- Qualified: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA from reputed institute
- Experience: More than 4 years experience as Chief of Finance or Accounts or Audit Wing with total experience of minimum 18 years in any PSU/Public Limited Company with annual turnover of Rs. 1000 crores
Director Finance - From Other Than HPUs
- Qualified: Indian Revenue Services (IRS), Indian Audit and Accounts Service, Indian Civil Accounts Service, Indian Defence Accounts Service, Indian Railway Accounts Service, Indian Economic Service, or Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), or MBA from reputed institute
- Experience: Minimum 6 years experience as on date of advertisement for IRS/accounts services. OR More than 4 years as Chief of Finance/Accounts/Audit Wing with 18 years total experience for CA/ICWA/MBA
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: Below 56 years as on date of advertisement
Salary/ Stipend
- For PSU/HPU candidates: Rs. 182200-224100 (Level-16) or protected existing pay
- For private sector employees/retired officers: Rs. 1.8 lac per month with 5% annual increase
