Important Instructions
- Find your name and check the details. The list is on upneet.gov.in. Verify your rank, category and other details as soon as you find yourself, and report any mistake to DGME UP quickly.
- Don’t re-register if you already did. Candidates who have already completed UP NEET UG counselling registration do not need to register again for Round 3 and can go straight to choice filling. Fresh registration for this round has closed.
- Fill and lock your choices. Choice filling began the evening of the merit list, and the window is short, so check the portal for the exact closing time. Seats are allotted from your choices and rank, so order them carefully and lock them.
- Keep your documents ready. Candidates on the merit list must appear at the specified location to authenticate their documents. Keep originals and photocopies together, and watch the portal for any request to re-upload a document.
- Watch the allotment date. The result is due November 2, 2026. Check whether the round has a joining deadline, as seats are lost if you don’t report on time.
