Pay and Terms of Engagement
If the candidate lacks the requisite qualification or has less experience than required, the salary offered may be adjusted by the hiring authority/committee.
- Purely temporary and contractual, upto 31 March, 2029; may be terminated at any time
- Contract bond of Rs.100/- to be executed before joining
- Must join within 10 days from the date of issue of the order, failing which the order is treated as cancelled
- One-month notice to leave, failing which one month's pay or pay for the shortfall period
- Not entitled to any regular leave; no claim for continuation or regular establishment in VNMKV
- Assignment ends on closure of the project or abolition of the position
