CTET July 2013 – Apply Online for Central Teacher Eligibility Test: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued notification against recruitment as a teacher for classes I to VIII through Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET). Name of Examination: Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET – July 2013)

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation/Senior Secondary plus 2 years Diploma in relevant subject/ B.El.Ed/ B.Ed. For further details refer to the notification.

Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- for any one paper or Rs. 800/- for both the papers as Examination Fee.SC/ST/PWD candidates need to pay Rs. 250/- for any one paper and Rs. 400/- for both the posts. Fee must be paid in form of Demand Draft in favour of the Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education drawn in any Nationalized Bank payable at Delhi.

Selection Procedure: Selections would be made on basis of performance in Written Examination.

How to Apply: Candidates must apply online through CBSE website on or before 16-04-2013. After submission of Online Application candidates must send the print out of application by Registered or Speed Post to The Assistant Secretary (CTET), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, I P Extension, Patparganj, Delhi – 110092 on or before 22-04-2013.

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Make payment of fee as per the details mentioned above.
2. Log on to www.cbse.nic.in or www.ctet.nic.in to start the Online Application process.
3. Select ‘Public Portal’ link followed ‘Apply Online’ link besides the notification.
4. Fill all the details carefully, check once for errors and click on Submit button.
5. Take print out of application form and send it along with DD to The Assistant Secretary (CTET), Central Board of Secondary Education, PS 1-2, Institutional Area, I P Extension, Patparganj, Delhi – 110092 on or before 22-04-2013.

Important Dates:
Starting Date for Online Registration: 15-03-2013.
Closing Date for Online Registration: 16-04-2013 (Extended to 22-04-2013).
Last Date for Receipt of Application: 22-04-2013  (Extended to 29-04-2013).
Last Date for Receipt of Application (far flung areas): 29-04-2013 (Extended to 06-05-2013).
Date of Written Examination:
Paper – I: 28-07-2013 from 09.30 to 12.00 Hours
Paper – II: 28-07-2013 from 14.30 to 16.00 Hours
