Indian Navy Vacancy Details:
Names of the Posts: SSC Officer in Executive Branch (Sports)
Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 22 years to 27 years born between 02-07-1986 to 01-07-1991.
Educational Qualification: Candidates with Post Graduate Degree in Physical Education with Diploma in sports from NIS/ M.Sc in sports or M.Phil/ Ph.D with relevant sports qualification.
Selection process: Candidates will be selected based on the performance in Interview.
How to Apply: Candidates can apply through the prescribed application form and fill all the mandatory fields in the form, attach photo & all relevant copies of certificates and super scribe on the envelope “Application for SSC(Sports)-June 2013 Course, Qualification, percentage of marks” and send to P.O. Box No.4,R.K.Puram, New Delhi-110066 should reach on or before 24-12-2012.
Last Date for Receipt of Application: 24-12-2012.

Yes, the candidates who completed 10+2 from a recognized board with atleast one of these subjects i.e chemistry/biology/computer science are eligible to apply for the SSR(02/2013 Batch) in Indian Navy.

As per notification to apply for the post of Sailor in Indian Navy candidates are eligible who Qualified in 10+2/equivalent examination with 55% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and atleast one of these subjects;Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science.

As per notification at present vacancies are available for the post of 10+2 cadet (B.tech)Entry scheme and for sailor post in Indian Navy, Minimum 55% of marks in 10+2 is needed for applying to these vacancies.
