4. Asst Manager (Personnel): 01 Post
Age Limit: Candidate age must be below 37 years for the posts of Dy. Manager, Dy. Company Secretary and 32 years for the Asst Manager, AZM Posts.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess PG Degree in Arts/Science/Com for AZM, Asst Manager Posts, Degree in Arts/Science/Com for Dy. Company Secretary post and CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) for the post of Dy. Manager.
Application Fee Details: Candidate need to pay Rs. 200/- (exempted for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of ‘NSTFDC’ payable at New Delhi.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview.
