OPTCL Recruitment 2016 – Apply Online for 130 MT & JMT Posts: Government of Odisha, Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited (OPTCL) has issued a notification for the recruitment of 130 Management Trainee & Junior Management Trainee vacancies in various disciplines. Eligible candidates can apply online from 30-11-2016 at 11.00 AM to 29-12-2016 by 07.00 PM. 1. Management Trainee: 125
a. Electrical: 100 Posts
b. HRD: 14 Posts
c. IT: 07 Posts
d. Civil: 04 Posts
2. Junior Management Trainee: 05
a. IT: 03 Posts
b. Civil: 02 Posts

Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 21-32 years as on 01-11-2016. Age relaxation is 5 (five) years in case of SC, ST, SEBC and Woman candidates & 10 (ten) years in case of PWD Candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with at least 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/ Institution for S.No-1 (a), Full time PG Degree/Diploma of two years duration in Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations and Labour welfare/ HRD/ HRM/ PM & IR/ MBA with specialization in HRD or Personnel Management from a recognized University/ Institution for S.No-2 & for other refer notification.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Computer Based Test (CBT) & Personal Interview.

Application Fee: Applicants required to pay Rs.1000/- for UR & SEBC candidates, Rs.500/- for Scheduled Caste (SC) / Scheduled Tribe (ST) of Odisha, PWD candidates in the form of Debit/ Credit Card/ Net Banking (Online) or Bank challan in any ICICI Bank (Off-line). No fee is required to be paid by candidates belonging to OPTCL departmental candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can apply Online through the website www.optcl.co.in from 30-11-2016 at 11.00 AM to 29-12-2016 by 07.00 PM.

3. Click on “Recruitment—->Online Registration”.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be minimum 45 years and maximum 57 years for external candidates and 58 years for external candidates.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should posses B.Tech Degree in Electrical discipline or equivalent from a recognised university/ institute & Preference will be given to the candidates possessing MBA or its equivalent degree from a recognised Management School with relevant experince.

Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on interview.
