Age Limit: Candidates age should be 28 years for post-1, 5, 30 years for post-2, 4, 35 years for post-3, 6.

Educational qualification: Candidates should have 12th class pass or equivalent qualification and pass in type writing in English with a minimum speed of 35 words per minute on computer for post-1, Bachelor degree with Hindi and English as compulsory subject or either of the two as medium of examination and the other a compulsory/ elective subject for post-2, Bachelor degree with 3 years experience as a copy holder in any Govt. or in publishing concern for post-3, 12th class pass or equivalent qualification and trained to operate the Xerox machine with at least 2 years experience of working on Xerox machine for post-4, Bachelor’s degree with 5 years experience in a Govt./ Semi Govt. organization or a Public Sector for post-5, Master degree in Art preferable in History or BA with History as one of the subjects with 2 years experience of editing in a publishing house Proficiency in English for post-6 from a recognized Board or University.

Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for skill test/ written test or both.
