What is AIAPGET 2026?
AIAPGET stands for All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test. It is the gateway exam for admission to various postgraduate courses in the AYUSH system of medicine, including Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Unani, and Siddha.
The exam is conducted once a year in online CBT mode. Qualifying AIAPGET 2026 is mandatory for All India Quota seats as well as many state counselling processes.

AIAPGET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must hold a BAMS / BUMS / BSMS / BHMS / Graded BHMS degree (or provisional pass certificate) from a recognized university.
- Must have completed or be likely to complete one-year compulsory internship by the specified cutoff date (usually 31 August of the admission year).
- Permanent or provisional registration with the respective AYUSH council or state board is required.
- There is no upper age limit and no limit on number of attempts.
