- Qualification for Program Assistant: Master in any discipline from a recognized university
- Desirable Qualification for Program Assistant: MBA/PGDM from a recognized university
- Experience for Program Assistant: Desirable experience: knowledge of computer and having experience in handling national and international programmes.
- Qualification for Data Entry Operator - A: Intermediate or 12th pass from recognized board. Any diploma/course of computer
- Experience for Data Entry Operator - A: Nil
Salary/ Stipend
- Program Assistant: Rs.35400/- (Consolidated)
- Data Entry Operator - A: Rs. 17000/-
Age Limit
- Program Assistant: Upto 45 years
- Data Entry Operator - A: Upto 25 Years

Selection Process
- Shortlisted applications will be called for document verification with original documents.
- Only the shortlisted candidates will be called/emailed for a physical interview.

- The Appointment will be purely on a contractual basis and will come to an end on the day the project comes to an end, and also the candidate is in no way assumed to be permanent and derives no right whatsoever in this regard.
- The First/initial contract appointment will be given for a duration of two months only. Subsequently, the contract appointment will be extended depending on the project extension.
- The contract appointment is subject to the production of the original degree/certificate in proof of educational qualification, experience, and age.
- No TA/DA will be provided for those attending the interview.
