Eligibility Criteria
1. Project Technical Support-I (2 Posts):
- Essential Qualifications:
- 12th in Science Stream + DMLT + Three years experience in related field
- OR B.Sc MLT + 2 years experience in related field
- Desirable: Experience in Research project under ICMR/DST/CSIR/DBT
2. Data Entry Operator (1 Post):
- Essential Qualifications:
- Graduate degree
- RSCIT/PGDCA or equivalent certification
- 2 years experience in office work using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English and Hindi with written and verbal communication skills
- Desirable: Experience in Research project under ICMR/DST/CSIR/DBT
3. Project Nurse Grade-III (2 Posts):
- Essential Qualifications:
- GNM Nursing + 2 years experience in Pediatrics, Neonatology and Labor Room Care
- OR B.Sc Nursing (4 years) + 1 year experience in Pediatrics, Neonatology and Labor Room Care
- Desirable: Prior experience in health care related projects as Pediatrics Nurse/ Government funded Research project
Additional Preference:
- Candidates who are well versed in local language (Marwari) and have previous working experience in similar field are encouraged to apply
- All educational professional and technical qualifications should be from a recognized Board/University and full-time
- Experience requirement should be acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications
Salary/Stipend
- Project Technical Support-I: Rs. 18,000/- per month + HRA as admissible
- Data Entry Operator: Rs. 29,200/- per month (Consolidated)
- Project Nurse Grade-III: Rs. 28,000/- per month + HRA as admissible
- The salary is a consolidated sum without any other benefits
- Salary is based on experience, qualifications, and skill set of the candidates
- HRA (House Rent Allowance) will be provided as per admissibility for eligible posts

Selection Process
- Selection will be through Walk-in Interview process
- Candidates must appear in person for the walk-in interview on the relevant date
- There may be an entrance exam if the number of participants exceeds 10 in any category
- Reporting time starts at 09:00 AM on the relevant date
- Closing time to report for the interview is 10:00 AM; no candidates will be entertained after this time
- Selection is based on qualifications, experience, and performance in the interview
- Original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies must be submitted at the interview
Job Responsibilities
Project Technical Support-I:
- Engaged in screening/assisting screening of the participants
- Supervising appropriateness of blood collection for pediatric patients
- Data entry and preparing project reports from time to time
- Blood collection and transport responsibilities
- Inventory management, quality control, and management of left-out samples
- Required to travel for community subjects recruitment and sample collection
Data Entry Operator:
- Data entry and data management responsibilities
- Report writing for the project
- Assist Project Technical Support and Project Nurse in inventory management
- Handle overall other project related responsibilities
- Required to travel for community subjects recruitment
Project Nurse Grade-III:
- Required to know basic neonatal/pediatric care including care during resuscitation
- Well versed with history taking and subject recruitment after screening
- Clinical examination and recording the data
- Excellent reading comprehension and strong written as well as verbal communication skills
- Required to travel for community subjects recruitment and sample collection on a regular basis
- May be given added responsibilities as when required by the project
General Terms & Conditions
- The posts are filled purely on a temporary basis, co-terminus with the project
- Candidates will have NO right to claim for permanent employment under AIIMS Jodhpur or continuation of services in any other project
- Post may increase/decrease as per requirement and at the sole discretion of the Research Section, AIIMS Jodhpur
- All educational professional and technical qualifications should be from a recognized Board/University and full-time
- The experience requirement specified should be experience acquired after obtaining the minimum educational qualifications required for the post
- Persons working in Government or Public Sector undertaking should produce a "No Objection Certificate" at the time of the interview
- No TA/DA will be admissible to appear in the interview
- This position will be purely on a temporary/contractual basis for the specified period of time and based on the project
