AISSEE 2026 Exam Pattern and Marking Scheme
To make the most of the answer key, understand how scores are calculated. There is no negative marking in AISSEE.
Class 6 Exam Pattern (Total: 300 Marks)
- Mathematics: 50 questions × 3 marks = 150 marks
- General Knowledge (Science + Social Studies): 25 questions × 2 marks = 50 marks
- Language (English/Hindi/Regional): 25 questions × 2 marks = 50 marks
- Intelligence Test: 25 questions × 2 marks = 50 marks
Class 9 Exam Pattern (Total: 400 Marks)
- Mathematics: 50 questions × 4 marks = 200 marks
- English: 25 questions × 4 marks = 100 marks
- General Science: 25 questions × 4 marks = 100 marks
- Social Studies: 25 questions × 4 marks = 100 marks
How to Calculate Your Score: Add up marks for correct answers only (based on the provisional key). This gives a good estimate of your performance ahead of the final result.
