Eligibility Criteria

• Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com)/ a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in Finance/Financial Management.
• Masters of Finance & Control (MFC), or Masters of Financial Management (MFM), the given Master's degree(s) should have been earned with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.
• First class B.Com./ BBA/BBM/BBS with Mathematics as one of the subjects shall be preferred.
• Ph. D degree of the candidate awarded in regular mode only.
• The Ph.D. thesis has been evaluated by at least two external examiners.
• An open Ph.D. Viva-Voce of the candidate had been conducted.
• The candidate has published two research papers from his/her Ph.D. work, out of which at least one is in a referred journal.
• The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph.D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored /funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.

Selection Process

• Interview of all eligible candidates will be held in the office of the Dean, Faculty of Commerce, AMU, Aligarh on 25 October, 2025 (Saturday) at 2:00 pm sharp.
• The eligible candidate should report to the office of the Dean at least 30 minutes before the interview.

How to Apply

• The Application Form is to be filled by 08 October, 2025 only in the Online Mode at the Careers Portal of the University (https://careers.amuonline.ac.in).
• After online payment of Rs. 500/- candidates need to send/submit the printed application along with relevant self-attested documents in the Office of the Centre for Distance and Online Education, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh during working hours, on or before 15th October, 2025 till 04.00 p.m.
