Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualifications recognized by central government
Essential Qualification: The candidate should have passed graduation degree between 01.04.2021 and 01.12.2025
Experience: Candidate who had training or job experience for a period of one year or more after completing educational qualifications shall not be eligible for being engaged as Apprentice
Registration: Candidate need to register on apprenticeship portal of National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) at https://nats.education.gov.in
Prior Apprenticeship: The candidate should not have undergone apprenticeship either with Bank of India or in any other organization earlier
Physical Fitness: Engagement is subject to being declared medically fit as per requirement of the Bank and producing medical fitness certificate from a practicing registered general physician (minimum MBBS)
Salary/Stipend
Total Stipend Per Month: Rs.13,000/- (Rupees Thirteen Thousand only)
Bank's Contribution: Rs.8,500/- per month
Government of India's Stipendiary Support: Rs.4,500/- per month
Payment Mode: Stipend will be credited in the Saving Bank Account of apprentices each month after adjusting unauthorised leaves
Government Share: Rs.4,500/- will be directly credited to the apprentices DBT enabled Bank Account registered with NATS Portals through Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT) mode
Other Allowances: The apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances or benefits
Age Limit (as on 01.12.2025)
Minimum Age: 20 years
Maximum Age: 28 years
Date of Birth: The candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.12.1997 and not later than 01.12.2005 (both days inclusive)
Age Relaxation for SC/ST: 5 years
Age Relaxation for OBC (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
Age Relaxation for Persons With Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years
Note: The maximum age limit of 28 years is applicable to General Category and EWS candidates

Selection Process
Stage 1 - Online Written Test: The test will consist of 100 questions for 100 marks with total duration of 90 minutes
Test Components:
General / Financial Awareness: 25 questions, 25 marks
English Language: 25 questions, 25 marks (Qualifying nature only)
Quantitative & Reasoning Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks
Computer Knowledge: 25 questions, 25 marks
Language: All tests except English Language will be available bilingually (English and Hindi)
Qualifying Marks: Minimum qualifying marks will be decided by Bank. SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates entitled to 5% relaxation
Stage 2 - Test of Local Language: Conducted after qualifying the online written examination. Candidates must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and understanding the local language of the state
Exemption from Language Test: Candidates who produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language
Final Merit List: Drawn state wise and category wise based on marks obtained in online examination in descending order
Tie Breaker: If marks are equal, merit order will be on the basis of Date of Birth (senior by age placed higher)
Document Verification: Candidates must produce original documents along with self-attested photocopies
Medical Fitness: Candidate must be declared medically fit as per Bank requirements
General Information/Instructions
Candidates can apply for engagement in only one state and choose only one zone under that state
The number of training seats mentioned is provisional and may vary according to actual requirements of the Bank
Bank has right to post apprentices in any Branch/Offices within the state as per operational requirements
This is neither an employment nor a contract employment in the Bank. Engaged apprentices will only be "Trainees" and not treated as employees/workers
Period of engagement shall be restricted to One Year Apprenticeship Training Programme
Apprenticeship period shall not give the apprentice any lien/right on permanent employment with the Bank
No Ex-servicemen / Disabled Ex-Servicemen shall be engaged as an apprentice and there is no reservation for them
Apprentices are prohibited from joining/forming any Union Body
Bank may issue certificate to candidate upon successful completion of Apprenticeship
Successful Apprentice will be issued a proficiency certificate by Board of Apprentice Training (BOAT)
Bank has the rights to cancel the engagement of apprenticeship at any point of time without prior notice in case of any misconduct
No change of category as well as any other details will be permitted at any stage after registration on the apprenticeship portal
Multiple applications will result in only the latest valid application being retained
Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification
Any resulting dispute arising out of this advertisement shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Mumbai

Step 1: Register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal at https://nats.education.gov.in by navigating to "Student Register/Login" section
Step 2: After registration, login to the NATS portal using user ID and password at https://nats.education.gov.in/student_type.php
Step 3: Apply for Apprenticeship against the advertisement published by "Bank of India" by going to the section "Apply against advertised vacancies"
Step 4: Eligible candidates will receive an email from [email protected] within 48 hours of applying on NATS portal
Step 5: Fill the final "Application cum Examination Fee Form" by providing personal data, choice of zone, category, PWBD status
Step 6: Make online payment of the requisite examination fee
Step 7: Note down the Enrolment ID issued by NATS portal for future reference
Step 8: After successful payment, you will receive an email from [email protected] with copy of "Application cum Examination Fee Form" within 48 hours
