C-MET Recruitment 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
- Research Associate (RA)/ Project Scientist: PhD in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / RF and Microwave Engineering/ Embedded Systems or related field) or PhD in Sciences (Physics, Materials Science, Electronics, Photonics, Quantum Technologies, or a related discipline). Desirable: M.Tech/M.E. in Microwave/Electronics/ Microelectronics/VLSI. Minimum 2 years of experience in research and development.
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Bachelor's degree (B.Tech /B.E. Electronic/ Electrical / Instrumentation / RF Microwave Engineering/ Communication) or Master's degree in Physics /Electronics or equivalent. Desirable: M.Tech /M.E. in Microwave/Electronics /Microelectronics/VLSI and Microwave/Antenna/ Communication PCB Design and circuit design is preferable.
- Project Associate: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech /B.E. Electronic/ Electrical / Instrumentation / RF Microwave Engineering/ Communication) or Master's degree in Physics /Electronics or equivalent.
