The medical certificate format is printed with the notice. The medical officer must certify that the candidate is medically fit for the Physical Fitness Test under Notification No. 195273/AD-K-ASST-1/2022/Admn for the post of Women Security Guard in the University of Calicut. The certificate also needs the place, date, the medical officer's signature, name and designation, and the office seal.

Selection has two stages: a physical test and an interview.
- Report for the physical test at Calicut University Stadium on 20.11.2026 at 07.30 AM.
- In the physical test, qualify at least five of the eight events listed above.
- Only candidates who qualify the physical test will be permitted to attend the interview.
