Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification (Technician - Advt 01/2026): SSC/10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects and minimum 55% marks + ITI certificate / National/State trade certificate OR 2 years apprentice experience OR 3 years relevant work experience in specified trades (e.g., Laboratory Assistant, Animal Handling, Nurse/ANM, Pharmacy, Food Production, Welder, Carpenter, Electronic Mechanic, Driver cum Mechanic, Computer Operator).
- Qualification (Technical Assistant - Advt 02/2026): B.Sc. in relevant subjects (Molecular Biology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Biomedical/Hospitality) with minimum 60% marks + 1 year experience OR Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science (3 years or 2 years lateral) with minimum 60% marks + 2 years experience.
- Qualification (Technical Officer - Advt 02/2026): M.Sc. in relevant fields (Biotechnology/Zoology/Life Sciences/Bioinformatics/Agriculture/Botany/Hospitality) with minimum 55% marks OR B.E./B.Tech in relevant engineering fields with minimum 55% marks.
- Experience: Required as specified per post code (1-3 years in relevant discipline/institute/organization).
Salary/ Stipend
- Technician (1): Pay Matrix Level-02, approx. Rs.39,545/- total emoluments (minimum scale + allowances).
- Technical Assistant: Pay Matrix Level-06, approx. Rs.72,240/- total emoluments.
- Technical Officer: Pay Matrix Level-07, approx. Rs.90,100/- total emoluments.
Age Limit (as on last date of receipt of online applications)
- Technician (1): Upper age 28 years.
- Technical Assistant: Upper age 28 years.
- Technical Officer: Upper age 30 years.
- Age relaxation as per CSIR/GoI guidelines for reserved categories.
