Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
- District Manager Quality Assurance (QA): MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing Graduate with Masters in Hospital Administration/Health Management (MHA – full time or equivalent) with 2 years’ experience in Public Health/Hospital Administration. Training/experience in NABH/ISO 9001:2000/Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen preferred; previous health quality experience an added advantage.
- District Consultant Quality Monitoring (QA): Degree in Statistics with good academic record from a reputed University. Specialization in Biostatistics and experience in Health/Hospital preferred.
- District PPM Coordinator (NTEP): Post Graduate in any discipline with one year experience in Communication/ACSM/PPP/Health projects/programme; permanent two-wheeler driving licence; working knowledge of computer.
- TB HV (NTEP): Graduate in Science with minimum 1 year completed experience as MPW/LHV/ANM/Health Worker and certificate course in computer operations (minimum 2 months). Training course for MPW preferred.
- Dental Technician (NOHP): 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology from WBCHSE or equivalent; 2-year Diploma in Dental Technology from recognized institution; valid registration from West Bengal Dental Council; 1-year post-diploma experience in WB Govt. hospital or licensed clinical establishment.
- Dental Hygienist (NOHP): Diploma in Dental Hygienist course from DCI recognized institution; valid registration from West Bengal Dental Council; at least 2 years’ experience in DCI recognized Dental College/CE registered clinic.
- Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP): B.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing/M.Sc in Psychiatric Nursing/DPN; previous health/hospital experience preferred.
- Community Nurse (NMHP): GNM from institution recognized by Nursing Council of India or West Bengal Nursing Council with 1 month training in Psychiatric Nursing from recognized institution; previous health/hospital experience preferred.
- Physiotherapist (NPCDCS): Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy with at least 2 years’ working experience in a hospital; Master degree in Physiotherapy preferred.
2. Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025)
- District Manager QA & District Consultant Quality Monitoring: Upper age limit 40 years.
- District PPM Coordinator (NTEP): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years.
- TB HV (NTEP): Minimum 21 years, Maximum 40 years.
- Dental Technician (NOHP): 18 to 40 years.
- Dental Hygienist (NOHP): 22 to 40 years.
- Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP): Upper age limit 40 years.
- Community Nurse (NMHP): Upper age limit 40 years.
- Physiotherapist (NPCDCS): Upper age limit 40 years.
- Age Relaxation: For reserved candidates as per existing norms (ToR) of Government of West Bengal.
3. Other Conditions
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
- The applicant must have knowledge of local languages.
- All essential qualifications must be completed within the date of application; experience is counted after acquiring the required qualification.
Selection Process
- District Manager QA & District Consultant Quality Monitoring: Total 250 marks – Written Examination (200), Computer Skill Test (40), Interview (10).
- District PPM Coordinator (NTEP): Merit-based scoring (Class X, XII, Graduation, Post Graduation, Social Science/Mass Media/Communication/Rural Development qualifications, length of experience in Govt/Pvt, Computer Test) as per detailed table in notification.
- TB HV (NTEP): Merit-based scoring (Class X, XII, Graduation, MPW training, experience in Govt/Pvt, Computer Test) as per notification.
- Dental Technician (NOHP): Total 100 marks – Class XII, Diploma in Dental Technology, higher qualification, experience (1 mark per completed year upto 5), Written Test, Interview.
- Dental Hygienist (NOHP): Total 100 marks – Class X, XII, Diploma in Dental Hygienist, experience slabs (2–4+ years), Interview.
- Psychiatric Nurse (NMHP) & Community Nurse (NMHP): Total 100 marks – Educational qualification (60, proportionate), experience slabs (upto 1 year, 1–2 years, above 2 years – 25 marks), Interview (15).
- Physiotherapist (NPCDCS): Total 50 marks – Class X, XII, Bachelor in Physiotherapy, Master in Physiotherapy (additional), experience slabs in Govt/Pvt, Interview (5).
- Selection will be conducted by District Level Selection Committee (DLSC), Alipurduar; DLSC & DH&FWS reserve the right to cancel recruitment at any stage.

Instructions
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of West Bengal and must have knowledge of local languages.
- Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete will be cancelled; mismatch between application data and original documents will lead to cancellation.
