Eligibility Criteria
Counselor (ICTC): Any Graduate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Anthropology or Human Development OR Diploma in Nursing with minimum 3 years experience in HIV/AIDS.
Counselor (ICTC): For candidates from community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, any graduate degree or Diploma in Nursing with minimum 1 year experience in HIV/AIDS.
Lab Technician (ICTC): Must have passed Plus-Two Examination.
Lab Technician (ICTC): Minimum Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from State Government-approved institution.
Lab Technician (ICTC): Lab Technicians without DMLT may continue if they have completed Certificate Course in Medical Laboratory Technology and have over 5 years experience working in ICTC.
Salary / Stipend
Counselor (ICTC): Rs. 18,000/- per month.
Lab Technician (ICTC): Rs. 13,000/- per month.
