Eligibility Criteria
- Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Working knowledge of computer and ability to work in MS Office Packages (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Must have typing speed 30 wpm.
- Working Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in any Government or Non-Government organisation.
- Residential Detail: Must be permanent resident of Jhargram District.
Salary/ Stipend
- Rs. 16,000/- per month (Consolidated)
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Not more than 40 years as on 01.01.2026.

- Application to be filled in BLOCK/CAPITAL LETTERS.
- Submit self-attested photocopies of Madhyamik admit card, Mark sheets of all Academic Qualifications, Certificate of Higher Education, Computer Education and Experience, Voter card/Aadhar Card, and 2 recent colour passport size photographs (1 pasted and self-attested in form, write name & father's/guardian's name on back of additional photo).
- Defective/incomplete applications or those without full signature/photo will be summarily rejected.
- Qualification must be acquired before the date of publication of this advertisement.
- Drop filled application (original) in the drop box at Rupashree Cell (2-nd Floor, Room No-201), Office of the District Magistrate, Jhargram, superscribing envelope as "Application for the post of Data Entry Operator".
- Only shortlisted candidates will produce original certificates at viva voce.
- Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
- Final merit list based on aggregate marks in Written, Computer test and Viva Voce; valid for 1 year. In case of tie, preference to older candidate (as on 01.01.2026).
- No TA/DA for appearing in tests.
- Any changes will be notified on https://jhargram.gov.in.
