Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Secondary examination or equivalent examination recognized by the government
- Essential qualifications: Secondary examination or equivalent examination recognized by the government. The applicant should have extensive knowledge and ability to read and write Hindi in Devanagari script.
- Desirable: Computer work proficient, active in social media, proficient in Hindi typing on computer, qualification in journalism and photography skills.

- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 65 years

- If more applications are received than the number of Para Legal Volunteers required, selection of eligible persons will be done through interview.
General Information/Instructions
- Para Legal Volunteers from the following categories can apply: Teachers (including retired), Retired state employees and senior citizens, M.S.W. students and teachers, Anganwadi workers, Doctors, Students/Law students (until they enter advocacy), Members of non-governmental organizations/clubs who are not connected to politics, Members of women's organizations, members of women's self-help groups, Educated prisoners with good behavior who have provided services in jail for a long time.
- According to the instructions of the National Legal Services Authority, each Para Legal Volunteer of the District Legal Services Authority will be paid honorarium as determined by the Honorable Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Jaipur according to the number of working days in lieu of the work assigned to them.
- Interested applicants can submit their application form in the attached prescribed format along with undertaking by post or in person in this office on working days by 05.02.2026 till 05 PM. No consideration will be given to application forms received after the said date. The received applicants will be interviewed on 09.02.2026 from 11 AM. No separate information will be issued regarding this. Candidates should obtain necessary information about this on the District Court website https://jhalawar.dcourts.gov.in.
- Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in computer work, active in social media, proficient in Hindi typing on computer, qualified in journalism and photography skills.

- 1. Attested copy of Secondary examination mark sheet or certificate.
- 2. Self-signed passport size latest photo on the application form (do not staple).
- 3. Attested copy of caste certificate.
- 4. Self-certified copy of Aadhaar card/Ration card/Voter ID card/Original residence or any other equivalent certificate for verification of being a local resident of the village falling under the jurisdiction of the Panchayat Samiti for which the application is being made.
- 5. Self-certified affidavit that no lawsuit is pending. 6. Experience certificate (if any).
