Vacancy Details
Priority given to local residents of the respective Panchayat Samiti. If local candidates are not available, residents of neighboring Panchayat Samitis may be considered.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Must have passed Secondary examination from Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education. Must have good and extensive knowledge of reading and writing Hindi in Devanagari script.
- Character: Must submit two character certificates from reputable persons (not relatives), not older than 6 months.
- Physical Fitness: Must be mentally and physically fully healthy; no physical defect that hinders normal duties.
- Other Eligible Categories: Retired teachers/government employees, senior citizens, MSW students/teachers, Anganwadi workers, doctors/physicians, students/law students (not enrolled as advocates), non-political party members, members of voluntary NGOs/clubs/women groups/self-help groups (with relevant certificate if applicable).
- Residency Proof: For the applied Panchayat Samiti - Aadhaar Card/Ration Card/Voter ID/Domicile or equivalent self-attested copy.
- No Pending Case: Self-attested affidavit that no criminal case is pending.
Salary/ Stipend
- Voluntary position with honorarium fixed from time to time by Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RSLSA).
- No other salary, remuneration, or package provided.
