Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in relevant disciplines with first division along with valid GATE score (only GATE 2024 & 2025 scores acceptable) OR ME/M.Tech in relevant disciplines with first division both at Graduate & Post-graduate level.
- Nationality: Only Indian Nationals to apply.
Salary/ Stipend
- Monthly emoluments of Rs. 37,000/- pm plus House Rent Allowance (HRA) as admissible.
Age Limit (as on 31 December 2025)
- Upper Age Limit: 28 years.
- 5 years relaxation to SC/ST candidates.
- 3 years to OBC (Non-creamy Layer) candidates.

Selection Process
- Walk-in Interview.
- Initial screening and verification of testimonials.
- Interview of screened shortlisted candidates.
General Information / Instructions
- Tenure: Initially for two years, extendable for further two years (one year at a time) subject to satisfactory performance.
- Candidates must report by 08:45 hrs; applications accepted 0900-1000 hrs; screening 1000-1100 hrs; interview from 1100 hrs onwards.
- Large number of candidates may lead to interview continuing next day.
- Produce duly filled application form with attested copies, recent passport size photo, original certificates for verification.
- Presently employed in Govt/PSUs must produce No-Objection-Certificate.
- Bring Govt. issued Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport etc.).
- No electronic items allowed inside campus.
- No TA/DA payable.
- Offer of Fellowship does not confer right for absorption in DRDO.
- CABS reserves right to amend/cancel advertisement or selection without reason.
