DRDO DG(Aero) Paid Internship 2026 - Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the closing date of application (05-06-2026). Only Indian Nationals are eligible. Students who have studied or are studying in countries outside India are not eligible to apply. The internship is strictly for 6 months and candidates must commit to the full duration.

DRDO DG(Aero) Paid Internship 2026 - Stipend Details
Selected interns will be paid a total stipend of Rs. 30,000/- in two equal installments. If the intern leaves before completing the full 6-month duration, the internship certificate will not be issued.

DRDO DG(Aero) Paid Internship 2026 - Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted by the respective labs on the basis of available vacancies and the information provided in the application. Selection of intern and allotment of relevant labs will be communicated via email. The topic/area of internship will be decided by the lab based on the guide and research facilities available. Selection as intern in no way guarantees a job in DRDO at a later date. The intake is subject to availability and the selection is at the sole discretion of the respective lab.

Important Instructions for DRDO DG(Aero) Paid Internship 2026 Candidates
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible; students studying outside India cannot apply.
- Minimum 6.5 CGPA is mandatory; 6th Sem (UG) / 2nd Sem (PG) marksheet must be submitted at time of joining.
- Candidates must commit to the full 6-month continuous internship period; early exit means no certificate will be issued.
- Separate applications must be submitted to each lab if applying to multiple labs.
- Police Verification Certificate from local police authorities must be submitted before joining.

- Lab will not provide marks, grades or evaluation for the student.

- Selection as intern does not guarantee employment in DRDO at any later date.
- Misrepresentation of facts at any stage will result in immediate cancellation of candidature without notice.
- All decisions of the respective labs and DRDO regarding selection are final and binding.
