Stipend
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000/- for the 6-month internship duration. Stipend will be paid in two instalments — the first after 3 months of internship and the second after successful completion of 6 months — directly to the student's bank account.
If an internship is extended beyond 6 months, stipend will not be paid for the extended period.

Selection Process

Important Instructions
- Applications must be sent by email only; no hardcopy will be accepted.
- Emails received after the due date and time will not be considered.
- No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible during the internship; expenditure for boarding, lodging, transport, and medical needs will be borne by the student.
- Completion Certificate will be issued only to those who successfully complete the full 6-month internship, submit a project report, and clear evaluation of project work.
- If a student leaves the internship in between, no Completion Certificate will be issued and no payment will be made.
- Internship will be terminated if a student is found involved in any indisciplinary activity.
- DMRL/DRDO has no obligation to offer employment to interns, and no intern can claim a right to employment based on completion of the internship.
- The management reserves the right to change vacancy positions or selection criteria at any point during the selection process.
- Working hours will be as per Labs/Establishment timing; no leave except sick leave with a valid prescription will be granted. Gazetted/closed holidays applicable in the Lab will also apply to interns.
