- RA-02 (Chemistry - 01 Post): PhD in Material Science / Chemistry / Chemical Science. Desirable experience in Nanomaterials for biomedical & defence applications, polymer/biomaterial/composite material development, and analytical/spectroscopy/microscopy techniques.
- RA-03 (Pharmaceutical Sciences - 01 Post): PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences / Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry / Pharmacy or allied disciplines. Desirable experience in screening, characterization, processes & development of formulations.

INMAS DRDO Selection Methodology
The evaluation process for RA and JRF posts is as follows:
- Initial Screening: Shortlisting based on the submitted application form, supporting documents, and eligibility criteria.
- Written Test: A written test may be conducted depending on the number of candidates appearing on the date of interview.
- Personal Interview: Only candidates who qualify in the written test will be interviewed on the same day.
