DU MTech Admission 2026
DU MTech Admission 2026 applications for M.Tech. (Microwaves & Communication) will be conducted through a separate portal. The University of Delhi has received AICTE approval and will accept valid GATE scores with first preference, followed by CUET (PG) 2026 (MTQP05) for vacant seats.
The University of Delhi (DU) has introduced M.Tech. (Microwaves & Communication) programme for the academic session 2026-27 under the Department of Electronic Science. This is the first time DU is accepting GATE scores for admission to this postgraduate engineering programme following AICTE approval.

Admission Procedure
- Candidates with a valid GATE score will be given first preference based on merit in their respective categories.
- If seats remain vacant, they will be filled by candidates who qualified CUET (PG) 2026 (Paper Code: MTQP05).
- Admission will not be done through the CSAS (PG) portal.
- A separate registration portal will be opened for this programme.
