- Case Worker: Bachelor's degree in Law/Social work/Sociology/Social Science/Psychology. Minimum three years experience in women related domains.
- Para Legal Personnel/Lawyer: Degree in Law with legal training. Minimum three years experience in women related project or practicing lawyer with two years litigation experience.
- Para Medical Personnel: Professional degree/diploma in paramedics with health sector background. Minimum three years experience in health project/programme.
- Psycho-social Counsellor: Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences with health background. Preferably minimum three years experience in health project/programme.
- Office Assistant with computer knowledge: Bachelors degree with diploma in computers/IT. Minimum three years experience in data management, process documentation, web-based reporting and videoconferencing.
- Multi-purpose Staff: Literate with knowledge/experience in relevant domain. Preference to High School degree.
- Security Guard/Night Guard: Minimum two years experience as security guard in government or reputed organization. Preference to retired military/paramilitary personnel.
