Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Varies by post – Retired Service Officer (for OIC), MD/DNB (Medical Specialist), MS/DNB (Gynaecologist), MBBS (Medical Officer), BDS (Dental Officer), GNM/Diploma (Nursing), Diploma (Physiotherapist/Lab Tech/Pharmacist/Dental), 8th Class + relevant experience (Driver/Peon/etc.), Graduation/Diploma (Clerical/IT roles).
- Experience: Minimum 02–06 years post-qualification/internship/service (post-wise; e.g., 03 years for doctors, 05 years for many para-medical/non-medical, ESM preference with service experience).
- Other: Preference given to Ex-servicemen (ESM). Registration with relevant councils (e.g., NMC/State Council for medical, Pharmacy Council for Pharmacist, etc.). Valid documents including PPO/Discharge Book for ESM.
Salary/ Stipend
- Fixed monthly remuneration post-wise: Rs 21,600/- to Rs 21,800/- (lowest – Safaiwala/Peon/etc.)
- Rs 25,600/- (Driver)
- Rs 29,200/- to Rs 36,500/- (Clerical/IT/Para-medical roles)
- Rs 55,000/- to Rs 95,000/- (Dental/Medical Officer)
- Rs 1,30,000/- (Specialists – Medical/Gynaecologist)
Age Limit (as on application date)
- 53 years for non-medical/support roles (Driver, Safaiwala, Peon, Female Attendant, Groundsman, Chowkidar, IT Network Tech, CIK/DEO)
- 56 years for most para-medical roles (Nursing Assistant, Physiotherapist, Lab Tech/Assistant, Pharmacist, Dental A/T/H)
- 63 years for OIC Polyclinic and Dental Officer
- 66–68 years for Medical Officer and Specialists (Medical/Gynaecologist)

- Shortlisting based on application and eligibility
- Interview (bring originals including certificates, PPO/Discharge Book, photos)
- Polyclinic allotment based on vacancy and merit
- OIC and Medical/Dental Officers undergo On Job Training (OJT) without pay initially
- Decision of appointing authority final and binding
General Information/ Instructions
- Contractual basis: 11 months (civil) or 1 year renewable (ESM till age limit/performance/other conditions)

- No TA/DA for interview
