Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification for OIC: Only retired Service Officers from Indian Army, Indian Navy & Indian Air Force & should be drawing pension from Defence Estimates through CDA.
- Qualification for Medical Specialist: MD/MS in Specialty concerned/DNB. Minimum 03 years in the specialty after PG.
- Qualification for Gynaecologist: MD/MS in Specialty concerned/DNB. Minimum 03 years in the specialty after PG.
- Qualification for Medical Officer: MBBS. Minimum 03 years experience after internship.
- Qualification for Dental Officer: BDS. Minimum 03 years work experience.
- Qualification for Dental Assistant/ Hygienist/Technician: Diploma holder in Dental Hygienist / Class-I DH / DORA course (Armed Forces). Minimum 05 years work experience.
- Qualification for Lab Technician: B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) or 10 + 2 with Science and DMLT. Minimum 03 years work experience as a Lab Assistant in a Medical Lab.
- Qualification for Lab Assistant: DMLT / Class-I Lab Tech course (Armed Forces). Minimum 05 years work experience in Laboratory
- Qualification for Pharmacist: B.Pharma or 10+2 with PCB and Diploma in Pharmacy & Regd as a Pharmacist Minimum 03 years work experience
- Qualification for Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma / Class-I Nursing Assistant (Armed Forces). Minimum 05 years work experience.
- Qualification for Physiotherapist: Diploma /Class-I Physiotherapy course (Armed Forces).Minimum 05 years work experience.
- Qualification for IT Network Technician: Diploma / certificate / Equivalent in IT Networking, Computer Application. Minimum 02 years experience.
- Qualification for Clerk: Graduate / Class-I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces). Minimum 05 years work experience.
- Qualification for Data Entry Operator: Graduate / Class-I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces). Minimum 05 years work experience.
- Qualification for Receptionist: Graduate / Class-I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces). Minimum 05 years work experience.
- Qualification for Driver: Education-8th Class / Class-I, Driver (Armed Forces). Possess a Civil Driving License (LMV). Minimum 05 years work experience.
- Qualification for Chowkidar: Education - 8th Class. GD trade for Armed Forces Personnel.
- Qualification for Peon: Education - 8th Class/ GD trade for Armed Forces Personnel. Minimum 05 years work experience.
- Qualification for Female Attendant: Literate. Minimum 05 years work experience in Civil / Army Health Institutions.

General Information / Instructions
- Preference will be given to the Ex-Servicemen.
- Any application receipt after 28 January 2026 will not be accepted.
- Candidates must brings all the original certificate, mark sheets/degree of 10th (Matric), 10+2 & Graduation / Post Graduation / Diploma / Course, work experience and discharge book, PPO, service records and 02 PP size colour photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates meetings the Qualitative Requirement may apply.
- Individual once appointed no request for change of ECHS Establishment will be considered in first 12 months of employment.
How to Apply
- Application as per requisite format along with self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications and Work Experiences will be submitted to OIC, ECHS, Stn HQ (ECHS Cell), Delhi Cantt. by 28 January 2026.
