- OIC Polyclinic: Reserve for retired Defence Services Officer. Additional managerial qualification experience of more than 10 yrs computer knowledge, multi-tasking ability and positive orientation.
- Medical Specialist: MD/MS specialist concerned/DNB
- Medical Officer: MBBS
- Dental Officer: BDS/MDS
- Gynecologist: MD/MS specialty in Gyne/DNB
- Lab Tech: B Sc(Medical Lab Tech)/Dip in Medical Lab Tech from a Recognized institution. CI-I course (Armed forces).
- Lab Asst: DMLT/Class I Lab tech course (Armed Force)
- Nursing Asst: GNM Diploma/CI-I course (Armed forces)
- Pharmacist: B Pharmacy from recognized institute. Approved Diploma in Pharmacy recognized by the pharmacy council of India and registered as pharmacist under the Pharmacy act 1948.
- Dental A/IT/H: Diploma Holder in Dental Hygiene/CI-I DH/DORA Course (Armed Force)
- IT Tech: Diploma/certificate/equivalent in IT Networking Computer Application.

- Preference will be given to the Ex-servicemen. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory for all. 10 days unpaid On the Job Training (OJT) is mandatory on selection.
- Computer Eligibility Test and Interview date, Time & Venue. Interview date for selection of candidates fulfilling the QRs will be in the month of Feb 26.
- At the time of interview candidates must bring all the original documents of Educational Qualifications, Medical certificate and work experience.
- No TA/DA is admissible.
- Only candidates meeting the qualitative requirements to apply. Candidate meeting qualitative requirements will only be info by tele or Email for interview dates.
How to Apply
- Last date of receipt of application as per format given at our website. Application as per requisite format along with self attested photocopy in support of Educational Qualifications, work experience and medical fitness from will be submitted to OIC, Stn HQs (ECHS Cell), Roorkee by 31 Jan 2026 in duplicate. Any application received after 31 Jan 2026 will not be accepted. Application will be acceptable in from of hard copy and required to submit through by hand or by post only. No application will be accepted in email. In case of supporting documents i.e Educational Qualifications, medical fitness certificate and work experience not enclosed, not self attested and lack of experience, overage application will be treated as rejected and not considered further.
