- Qualification for OIC: Graduation, Minimum 05 years work experience in Health care institutions or Managerial Positions
- Qualification for Medical Specialist (MD): MD/MS in Specialty concerned DNB, Minimum 05 years in the specialty after PG
- Qualification for Medical Officer: MBBS, Minimum 05 years experience after internship. Preferable addl qualification in Medicine/Surgery
- Qualification for Gynecologist: MD/MS in Specialty concerned DNB, Minimum 05 years in the specialty after PG
- Qualification for Dental Officer: BDS, Minimum 05 years work experience
- Qualification for Dental Asst: Diploma holder in Dental Hyg / Class -I DH /DORA, (Armed Forces) Minimum 05 years experience in Dental Lab
- Qualification for Lab Tech: B.Sc (Medical Lab Technology) or Matriculation/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science and DMLT, Minimum 03 years work experience
- Qualification for Lab Asst: DMLT/Class-I Lab Tech (Armed Force), Minimum 05 years work experience
- Qualification for Pharmacist: B.Pharma or 10+2 with PCB and Diploma Pharmacy, Minimum 03 years work experience
- Qualification for Nursing Asst (General): GNM, Diploma/Class-I Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Force), Minimum 05 years work experience

General Information / Instructions

Also approach concerned Polyclinic for further details. Preference will be given to the Ex-servicemen.
- Interview Date, Timing & Venue Candidate must reach Stn HQs (ECHS Cell) Bareilly at 0900 (hrs) on 16,17,18 & 19 Feb 2026 for the interview to be held between 1000 (hrs) to 1500 (hrs). Candidate must bring original certificate/degree/experience certificate, physical fitness certificate (issued by CMO/SEMO) as applicable and two PP size photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidate meeting the Qualitative Requirement may apply.
- Medical Officer, Medical Specialist, Dental Officer and Gynecologist will carry out 10 days On the Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from Officer-in-Charge polyclinic before signing the contract. This duration of On the Job Training (OJT) will remain unpaid and as a mandatory requirement before assuming charge as a contractual employee.
How to Apply
- Last date of receipt of application (along with self attested photocopies of certificate/degree, physical fitness certificate and all relevant documents) will be submitted to OIC, Stn HQs (ECHS Cell) Bareilly by 08 Feb 2026. Any application received after 08 Feb 2026 will not be accepted.
- Candidate must reach Stn HQs (ECHS Cell) Bareilly at 0900 (hrs) on 16,17,18 & 19 Feb 2026 for the interview to be held between 1000 (hrs) to 1500 (hrs).
