Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Officer in State Government service holding a post of at least Deputy Secretary in Mantralaya, or an equivalent pay scale (S-25), with the same pay band and grade pay
Other conditions:
- Officer must hold the same pay band and grade pay as Deputy Secretary in Mantralaya (S-25).
- Officer must not have been on deputation in the last 3 years; 3 years must have passed since return from the previous deputation.
- Total deputation tenure must not exceed 10 years, including earlier deputations.
Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Deputation for an initial period of 3 years, extendable as per the Government Resolution.
- Pay and allowances will be paid from the funds of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
