ESIC Faridabad Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details 

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of Walk-in Interview.
• Essential Educational Qualifications: As per latest National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI) guidelines for Senior Resident in Super Speciality Departments.
• Super Speciality Qualification: Super-speciality Senior Residents with degrees like MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB in respective super speciality disciplines will be preferred for Super Speciality Departments.
• Parent Broad Speciality Option: In case of non-availability of Super-speciality Senior Residents for Super Speciality Departments, Senior Residents from concerned parent broad specialties will be considered.
• Medical Registration: All candidates must have updated Medical Registration (NMC/State Medical Council) with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications. If updated registration is not available, copy of “Applied for” document must be shown and submitted at interview.
• Government/Autonomous/Statutory Employees: Candidates working in Government/Autonomous/Statutory Institutions should preferably have “NOC” at the time of interview. In absence, copy of “applied for NOC” and an undertaking must be submitted at document verification.
• PwD Adjustment: Candidate appointed under PwD quota will be adjusted against the vacancy of respective category of General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS.

Salary/Stipend

• Name of Post: Senior Resident (Super Speciality Departments).
• Remuneration: Consolidated pay equals to Rs. 1,48,669/- per month as on the date of advertisement.
• Remuneration, allowances and structure are as per ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum No. Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022 and any subsequent orders issued by ESIC Headquarters Office.
• No additional benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Medical Benefits, Seniority, Promotion or similar perks shall be admissible under this contractual engagement.

• Age limit as on the date of Walk-in Interview: Not exceeding 45 years.
• Cut-off date for determining age, educational qualifications and other eligibility criteria is the date of Walk-in Interview.

Selection Process

• Selection will be made on the basis of acquired academic credentials and performance of the candidate in the interview conducted by the duly constituted Selection Board.
• Candidates must first undergo document verification by the Document Verification Committee on the interview date; only those with successfully verified documents will be allowed before the Interview Board.
• Opportunity of interview is purely provisional and subject to detailed scrutiny of eligibility criteria.
• Result will be published only in the Recruitments section of the ESIC website (www.esic.gov.in).
• Offer of appointment will be sent through e-mail only; selected candidates will have to join as per instructions mentioned in the offer.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview or submission of any document.
• In case of non-availability of reserved category candidates in an advertised post, available meritorious candidate may be offered engagement for a period of 39 days at the sole discretion of the Appointing Authority.

General Information/Instructions

• Vacancies are provisional and may increase or decrease as per actual requirement for patient care; Competent Authority reserves the right to amend, cancel or change the advertisement in whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving prior notice.
• Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines issued from time to time; candidates must produce valid EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD certificate for Central Government jobs in the prescribed format.
• The Dean, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process at any stage at its discretion without notice; such decision will be binding on all concerned.
• Wrong declarations, submission of false information, or any action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage.
• Mere submission of application does not confer any right to be eligible for interview unless candidates report on scheduled date and time with required documents.
• No private practice is allowed in any capacity after joining as Senior Resident at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad.

How to Apply

• Candidates must appear for Walk-in Interview at the Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad on 28.01.2026 (and subsequently every Thursday, if not a holiday, until posts are filled) within the reporting time 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Mandatory offline application submission: Candidates must bring their completed offline application form (attached with the advertisement) in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of required documents and the checklist at the time of document verification.
• For each post applied, candidates must submit a separate application with separate set of documents and applicable fees; multiple post applications are allowed if eligibility criteria are met for each post.
• Candidates must report for document verification before the interview and submit:
  • Certificate of passing Class 10th for Date of Birth.
  • All mark sheets, attempt and degree certificates of MBBS.
  • All mark sheets, attempt and degree certificates of MD/MS/DNB/other examinations.
  • Valid EWS/OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD certificate in Central Government format, wherever applicable.
  • Updated State/NMC Medical Registration Certificate.
  • Experience certificates.
  • Recent passport size photographs.
  • Relieving/NOC certificate from previous/current employer, if applicable.
  • Aadhaar Card.
• Original documents corresponding to self-attested copies must be produced for verification; if any applicable document is not verified, the candidate will not be allowed in the interview.
• Candidates must ensure they fulfil age, qualification and category criteria as on the date of Walk-in Interview; EWS and OBC-NCL certificates must follow the specified Government of India formats and validity, with OBC-NCL certificate issued not earlier than one year from the cut-off date.
