FMGE Application Form 2025
The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has opened registration for FMGE December 2025, starting November 14 and closing on December 4, 2025. Eligible Indian and Overseas Citizen of India candidates who have completed their primary medical qualification abroad must register online through the official website at natboard.edu.in.
To apply, candidates must complete a one-time registration, fill in personal and qualification details, upload required documents (such as degree certificate and photograph), select their exam city, and pay the application fee online. Only applications submitted by December 4 at 11:55 pm will be accepted.
The FMGE December 2025 exam is scheduled for January 17, 2026, with the admit card and city intimation slip released in January. After applying, candidates can access a correction window from December 9 to 11, 2025, for editing permitted details.

FMGE Application Form 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Indian citizen or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI).
- Educational Qualification: Must hold a recognized primary medical qualification (MBBS or equivalent) from a foreign institution; it must be acknowledged by the Indian Embassy as eligible for registration as a medical practitioner in that country.
- The final result qualifying medical degree must be declared on or before April 30, 2025.
- For some candidates, a National Medical Commission (NMC) eligibility certificate may be required.
- There is no age limit; NEET UG qualification is not mandatory unless specified by NMC.

- Recent passport-size photographs in specified format.
- Scanned signature.
- Valid passport (proof of citizenship).
- Class 10th/matriculation certificate (proof of date of birth).
- Passing certificate and mark sheet for class 12th.
- Primary medical qualification certificate (MBBS or equivalent) from the foreign university.
- Indian Embassy certificate of primary medical degree equivalence or eligibility certificate from NMC (if applicable).
- Internship completion certificate (if applicable).
- Proof of address (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, DL).
- Additional documents for ex-candidates (fail certificate/result).

- Review the entered details and submit the application; download the confirmation page for your records.
- Use the correction window (December 9-11, 2025) to edit permitted fields if necessary.
