Pay and Terms of Engagement
- Purely temporary engagement with consolidated remuneration, coterminous with the project
- Initially engaged for one year, may be extended up to a maximum of five years on year-to-year basis subject to satisfactory performance or end of project, whichever is earlier
- Performance review shall be held before extension
- No right or claim to absorption in Fakir Mohan University
- Can be terminated at any point of time upon non-satisfactory performance
- Leave may be availed as per the university provision of leave for staff engaged in various projects
